We are answerable to a short list of people, and that shapes every decision we make.
The firm was founded in 2018 by two brothers with a straightforward arrangement: the capital they manage includes their own, and the people who invest with them are known to them personally. There is no third party between a decision and its consequences.
That structure lets us do things larger managers cannot. We can wait. We can pass on a full year of opportunities and hold cash without explaining ourselves to a consultant. We can concentrate into a position when the price is right, and stay in it long after the story has stopped being interesting to anyone else.
We publish nothing, market to no one, and take on new partners rarely. Most of our capital has been with us since the beginning.
